Semi-Private micro group training involves a group of 2-4 maximum where it offers more individualised programming for specific needs including weight loss, sports performance, or someone looking for a more tailored approach.
* Semi Private training runs in 4 week blocks, non-refundable or transferable.
These Sessions will run on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 8pm
We offer a 7-Day Paid Trial which will consist of:
1-1 Evaluation with one of our coaches (45mins)
Assessment of movement capabilities
Injury/ Exercise History
2 x 60min Semi-Private Sessions (2-4 people)
